Panama On Wheels Transfer Policy

Panama On Wheels and his affiliate are not responsible for delays caused by road works, traffic congestions, natural phenomenon, or any other type of conditions outside our control.
Are sole responsibility of the passengers and will be subject to additional fees in case of occurrence when any additional expenses generates as a result of direct delays in the itineraries for both departures and arrivals, including missing connections or delays in sites or agreed establishments.

Payments
Some services offer by Panama On Wheels require payment directly should be paid in cash at the moment of receiving the services, or payments
directly to our office in cash or credit card. Before a booking confirmation we may require a deposit.

Refund Policies
Applies only for bookings properly confirmed via email.
Prepaid Reservations, (in cash) and canceled with a minimum 24 hours prior to the schedule pick up time, will be refunded in full. A 25% cancellation charge will apply.
Prepaid reservations that are cancelled with a minimum of 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick of time, are entitled to partial refund of up to 50%.
Prepaid reservations that are cancelled with a less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick of time, are NO entitled to a refund.
All Reservations that have not been paid and are cancelled with less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick of time, will be charged FULL rate of the service.

Privacy
All the information gathered to make the reservations is strictly confidential. We do not provide name, addresses, numbers, email or any other type of personal information to other companies or persons, unless is the specific affiliate that will offer you the service.

Security of Passengers
The security of the passengers is one of our top priorities. To ensure a safekeeping for all the passengers and in order to maintain a comfortable and safe zone in all our vehicles, our drivers will have the empowerment to refuse the admission to any of our vehicles to any person that might present as a treat to the staff, passengers, or any other person inside the vehicle.

Stolen or Lost Items
It is the passengers responsibility for all their personal belongings at all time. Panama On Wheels will try to return all forgotten items in our vehicles; we however are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Additional fees that are generated to return these items will be transferred to the owner of the goods. Most Bags are similar for that we ask of you to properly check and identify your bags, briefcases, laptops, as our staff might not be able to keep track of your luggage. Most common items left behind are Cell phone, cameras, shades or glasses and small bags.

Tippping
Is a question of rewarding good service rather than an obligation; adding 10% is customary and $1–$2 per bag is the norm. You should also give a tip of up to $10 per day to tour guides.The tips are for your discretion and considerations and they are handed directly to our staff, If you wish to include tips in our charges you must previously notify us.
