| Our low budget birding day start at 6:00 am at the Metropolitan Nature Park in Panama city one of the biggest park in the world next in a important city (470 acres ).
It will be a long nice and easy walk in dirt roads and trails of dry second and youngest growth forest with patches of grassy areas. You will have the opportunity to begin with the search of the Lance-tailed Manakin, the endemic Yellow-green Tyrannulet, Rosy Thrush-Tanager (uncommon), Orange-chinned Parakeets, Pheasant Cuckoo (rare) Tucans, Woodpeckers, Woodcreepers, Hawks and more. After a good and productive morning you will be head back to your Hotel. Early birding at Metropolitan Nature Park in Panamá City ( Lance-tailed Manakin, the endemic Yellow-green Tyrannulet, Rosy Thrush-Tanager); afternoon transfer to and overnight in Achiote (B, L, D), El Toucan Center.
